'I was really happy with my stay at this hotel. My room was spotless, had a nice little sofa, long desk/work area, comfy bed, microwave, Keurig, and mini fridge. I had very pleasant interactions with all of the staff, and I would stay here again in a minute if I come to Sacramento for work again. Great location too- 12 minutes to the capitol building in downtown, and close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. '

'Paid extra and reserved king bed room choice however we were given a queen with no refund for the extra - we were told there was no guarantee of room choice when reservation made through Expedia!!! I have traveled and booked through 3rd party for 40 years and never encountered this issue!!!!'

'It was a clean room and very spacious. There was enough towels in the room for 4 adults. I am glad because I actually put down 4 adults in my reservation, and it was refreshing to see a lot of towels in the bathroom. We ate at the bar/ restaurant. It was good. It took a while for the food to arrive, but it was hot and freshly prepared. We had 3 fish and chips, pizza, chicken Cesar salad, 2 beers.'

My family and I’s socks were getting significantly dirty just from walking around the room, the shower’s water temperature was warm, not hot at all, no parking, I had to park on the street where I was not comfortable with because of oncoming cars and I found a old marshmallow stuck under one of my beds!
