'There was a huge snow storm last weekend we live 2 hours away and did not want to get stuck so we left early. Asked if we could move dates or get reimbursed and the answer was no. Then tried to make the best of it and asked if we couuld get in 1 hour early and was charged another 25 .. huge disappointment for a small vacation we were trying to have!'
