Dear Mr Mikeyou have booked a single room with a 1m bed with internal view. and that's what you got. our site also has the availability of double rooms for single use but that's not what you booked. the images of the rooms are very clear so I don't understand what you write. I would just like to add to your kind words, that the window was not broken but only open, and that having a staff ready to solve the problem even late at night I think is a source of pride. finally we did offer you to change room but you preferred to stay where you were stating that you would only change in the event of an upgrade (which was not available) clearly each of us is free to choose whether to spend the first wedding night complaining about having a couple of mosquitos in the room or enjoing the holiday
