Hôtel près de Rancho Palomar Winery (Temecula)

« Fabulous experience! This is a stunning place. A delight for the senses (the architecture of the property, the beautiful landscaping, detailed room finishes with coordinated color pallets, natural surroundings of the winery, and the tasty breakfasts and wine varieties). A very quiet and peaceful place. I like that the onsite tasting room is private to guests. We indulged ourselves with a couples room massage to add to our experience. The staff is friendly, responsive, and professional. We...

« Excellent property! Gorgeous and close to the best wineries. Our go to place when we come down to Temecula! »

« All of the staff was not very informative of the property and the amenities when you ask, the answers were just not firm and confident , basically passing it off to somebody else, for instance, where is the ice machine, the Bellman should've offered to get it. After walking from the end of the parking lot, I decided to ask the front...

Unfortunately, that one interaction completely changed our experience and put a damper on what had otherwise been a wonderful stay. It’s disappointing when one employee’s attitude can overshadow all the positive experiences and hospitality we received throughout our visit. I truly hope management addresses this, as guests should always feel welcomed,...
