'Nice place with a spacious suite and beautiful bathroom. Grounds were nice, only complaint is they must put blackout shades on the windows as with the current drapes the room was sunshine filled at 6am each morning.'

'Front desk staff was ok, but nothing special, nor welcoming. When you’re paying $500-600/night for a room, I expect a little more. First time staying here (stayed two nights), but it’ll be the last. The rooms are not spacious at all, but the patio is nice. What we weren’t expecting were the cockroaches in our room. Maybe that’s what made it hard to sleep, or could’ve been the mattress and terrible pillows. The bathroom is spacious, but sooo dark! Makes it hard to get ready, especially when...

'This hotel is in a quiet location, apart from the crazy Temecula traffic. I never heard any other guests in the hallway or doors closing. My room overlooked the pool area, and it was super quiet. The bed was comfy...the room was clean & quiet. The front desk staff does truly set this hotel apart. They are super friendly...willing to answer "silly touristy" questions with a smile & a "no, I haven't answered this question". I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a quiet...

'Love this place'

'A group of guests were smoking marajuana outside, and in the rooms, there is a constant acute smell around the property and in the hallways. I asked property management to put a stop to it and nothing was done, all though I have stayed there before I will never stay there again. Corporate needs to get stronger employees who aren’t afraid to speak to guests that break the law.'
