The sun-splashed grounds are an entertainer’s dream, featuring a private saltwater pool, pickleball/basketball court, custom covered outdoor kitchen with Pizza oven and outdoor dining that seats 12.

Walk through the front door and you will feel right at home. Feel the light spacious entertaining area with double French doors that lead out onto the patio, pool deck and the expansive back yard. Tall ceilings create a sense of grandeur and warmth to the open-concept space with modern travertine flooring throughout. The living room is large and inviting with its 2 overstuffed couches, comfy accent chairs and large HDTV perfect to curl up and watch a movie or air the weekends’ big game. Enjoy a dinner party in the formal dining room that seats 12.

Venture outdoors to the resort-style backyard and take a deep breath as you scan your surroundings and realize you have arrived at your ultimate dream vacation! Enjoy the sunshine all day in the saltwater pool and spa and ample seating areas that are the perfect place to sit back and relish in the beautiful surroundings. There is a regulation size pickle ball court for those that have perfected their game or just beginners! There is a covered 5-burner BBQ grill (natural gas) to keep you shaded as you grill dinner for your guests in the warm desert evenings. The al fresco dining table seats 12 for those who want to enjoy the sunset with cocktail in hand and great company on either side.
Additional standout amenities include the outdoor seating area with fire table, 6 chaise lounge chairs and jacuzzi.

Bedrooms:
The master bedroom is spacious and has a large ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and walk in shower. The master has a desk, walk in closet, gas fireplace and direct access to the pool and pickleball court.
There is a king bedroom and a queen bedroom both with their own private bathrooms. Two additional king bedrooms in the main house share a bathroom directly across the hallway. The casita has a king bedroom with private ensuite and its own private living area with mini kitchen, fireplace, pool table and seating area.
All bedrooms have pillow top mattresses, flatscreen TV’s and luxury European bedding.

This home is set up for large groups with lots of fun things to do. The Barbara Estate is at the base of the deserts most iconic hiking trails just a stone’s throw from the estate.
There is space available for up to 5 cars total. Street parking is not permitted. Oversized vehicles are not permitted.
