Layout and Sleeping Arrangements:

This home is ranch-style with three bedrooms. The primary bedroom with en suite bathroom has a queen bed, the bedroom at the front of the house has a king bed and shares the hall bathroom with the spare bedroom (queen bed). There is one memory foam foldable twin bed great for an extra adult guest and two additional tri-fold memory foam floor cots great for children.

The home includes two separate living rooms at the front and rear of the home separated by the kitchen and dining room (seating for 6). Access to the back patio and fenced turf patio are through separate doors in the living room/den located in the rear of the home.
Guest access
The home is equipped with a keyless entry. You will be issued a personal code that expires upon checkout. Just enter the home and relax after your long journey. If you would like me to meet you upon arrival, just let me know!

Guests have access to the entire house and property. Driveway parking is uncovered with plenty of space. You can also park on the street in front of the house.
Other things to note
This home is owner-managed and cleaned with care. The property is permitted by the city of Raleigh (ZSTR-000123-2023).

No smoking in the home.

As per Raleigh's short-term rental statutes, no parties are permitted.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8:30am.
