House bathrooms were dirty and small. There were no countertops the bathroom to put anything. Mirror was so faded I couldn't even use it . Outlets didn't work, water pressure was non existent. Beds were like sleeping on the floor. House only had new toilets and cheap sinks, everything else was original from the 50's.

Unfortunately, I strongly recommend avoiding this home. The home is not clean. Spider webs were in major traffic areas of the house, debris was leaking out of the attic crawl space, and there was even a used nasal decongestant wedged into the sofa (but highly visible) upon our arrival. The home is also ill-equipped. The laundry detergent was neat-empty, and the kitchen was missing basic essentials (like oven mitts!). Additionally, there is not a single electrical outlet that has three prongs. It was also very buggy. We stayed with our two toddlers, and they were eaten alive over the course of our stay by mosquitos flying around the house. Pros: It's in a good location. It's a short drive and walking distance to downtown Cary. That said, the home simply needs A LOT of work before it is guest ready. I have three recommendations for the host: 1) Properly clean between each stay and hire a pest control company to prevent the spiders and bugs. 2) Invest in proper appliances and stock. 3) Conduct some light renovations to replace and get rid of the extremely outdated furniture and fixtures (especially the lower outdoor furniture). If you make those changes, I think you'd have a strong property.
