'I love the aesthetics of the property and the beautiful reception each evening. I was less pleased with the urgency guest services showed for my concerns. Ie, loud neighbors and the inconsistent service from housekeeping. I didn’t think it was weird to want my garbage removed daily. I was there for five days and they removed my garbage 2 times, maybe.'

'Incase nobody tells you, YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING! Nobody told me and now I have parking tickets to pay. I pay for the room and amenities but apparently parking is not one of them. The room was sub par and kind of dirty. You can tell they don’t clean with doors shut because behind them was lint, hair and crumbs from the previous clients. The shower also had hair all over the walls. It was an act of congress to get anything cleaned, fresh towels or a properly working AC.'
