Wake up to Lake Wakatipu spread out below and the Southern Alps filling the horizon. This hillside home sleeps up to eight across three Queen rooms and a twin share, with a broad deck built for watching the light change over the water.



The Space:

The open-plan living area is where the house does its best work: floor-to-ceiling glass keeps the lake view in frame from the sofa, and the deck extends the living space outdoors whenever the weather allows.

The kitchen is properly equipped, not just decorative. Full-sized fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher and microwave mean you can cook a proper meal for eight without a supermarket run halfway through.

Three Queen bedrooms give couples and families their own space, while a fourth room with two singles suits kids or a fifth and sixth guest. Three bathrooms mean no queuing in the morning rush before a day on the mountain.

The Neighborhood:

Getting Around:

The villa sits on the hillside above the lake, a ten-minute drive from central Queenstown and ten minutes from Queenstown Airport. Free self parking is available on site, and built-in ski storage means boots and boards stay out of the living areas in winter.



Other Things to Note:

A cot is available on request at booking for families travelling with little ones. Breakfast isn't included, but Sherwood and central Queenstown's cafés are only minutes away.
