'It was pouring with rain when we arrived, so we really appreciated having the carport and entry cover, so we didn’t get soaked hauling our luggage in. Great for a 1nt stay on our way from Wellington to the Coromandel. Because of the weather the Coromandel didn’t happen, but that’s a whole other story! '

'Magnificent location, spacious living quarters for a family of four. Water is right outside with sailboats gliding across the water. Quiet yet close to the happenings in town. Wish we had at least another day to stay in this beautiful chalet. We loved Taupo!'

'Room was great. I've stayed in places for over double the price and they reeked of cheap cleaning products. This place was clean and had a neutral smell. Owners were helpful and sorted out any problems I raised. The building is an experience in it's self. Would definitely come back if I'm able too.'

'Clean room, great amenities! Kids enjoyed the basketball and tennis courts. We all enjoyed the heated (very warm) pool. Park like setting, but close to downtown Taupo and all the tourist destinations. Loved our stay! Would recommend! '

'This was an amazing lodge to stay while we travelled around Tongariro National Park. The owners are very friendly and want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I would HIGHLY recommend staying in this hidden gem. If I ever come back I will most certainly stay here again. Also, their breakfast was outstanding. '

'Wij hebben hele fijne dagen gehad bij Judges Pool Motel. De eigenaren waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben van daar uit mooie wandelingen gemaakt. Het enige dat wat minder was, was dat we in ons huisje geen goede wifi hadden. Maar dat werd weer opgelost doordat we uitgenodigd werden, bij en zelfs IN, het kantoor van de eigenaar. De Nederlandse vlag werd bij aankomst voor ons uitgehangen, dat was leuk! Wij zijn heel tevreden over Judges Pool Motel!'

'Really clean motel for a stopover during roadtrip. Fast service, really nice and flexible reception. We had also a small kitchenette. Perfect place to get some rest. '

'The Grove Turangi accommodation was lovely, easy to reach and very clean. There was parking right in front of the place. Check-in was super easy and straightforward with clear instructions. The hosts were very friendly. As an extra bonus, there was a sauna, which we really enjoyed. All in all, it was a very nice stay and we definitely recommend it! '

'Rooms were clean and presentable. Staff accomodated with a very late checkin and early breakfast requirements. Only negative, not enough parking for number of units on site. Overall will definetely come again'
