The additional bedrooms are designed to provide comfort and privacy. One features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, another includes a king-size bed with bunk beds—perfect for families—and the fourth bedroom has bunk beds and its own bathroom, making it suitable for children or staff.

The open-concept kitchen, overlooking the garden and golf course, connects seamlessly to a dining area for ten and a comfortable living room, creating a welcoming space to gather. It’s also ideal for enjoying a private dining experience with a local chef.

Being on the ground floor, the residence offers direct access to the community garden and pool, as well as a spacious private terrace featuring lounge seating, sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, and a grill.

Important: Access to Punta Mita's amenities is subject to a one-time resort access fee charged by the Punta Mita development. The current fees are:
