Ligging is perfect, complex is omgeven door prachtige tuinen en strand is top. Voor een groot complex ook redelijk rustig ten opzichte van andere resorts die soms party hotels zijn. Alleen van 4 tot 6 uur staat de muziek wat harder bij het grote zwembad vanwege de animatieactiviteiten. Andere zwembad is altijd rustig. Ook veel faciliteiten in apart "family" gedeelte voor kinderen. Bungalows zijn lekker ruim en modern, voorzien van alle nodige faciliteiten. Eten in buffet restaurants is van goede kwaliteit en gevarieerd. Nadeel is dat a la carte restaurants 24 uur vooraf gereserveerd moeten worden en dat er verkopers actief zijn voor holiday time sharing.

Het Grand Bavaro Princess heeft een prachtig (en schoon) strand. Daarnaast is het park zeer groen aangelegd, waardoor het niet overweldigend voelt. De vrij lopende dieren op het resort en zeer vriendelijk personeel passen goed bij het vakantiegevoel en de relaxte sfeer van het resort. Zeker een aanrader voor een ieder die graag zich wil laten verwennen!

The staff is great! I wish i could say the same for some of the rooms. I'm traveling by myself so when i got checked in, i was in a very secluded area which isn't good for me because I'm by myself and 59 years old. So i asked can i be moved closer where there's some people. Like I said, the staff front desk associate was very patient with me. Wjen they changed the room it wss 2 twin beds. The third room was was up two flights of stairs smd i have a bad hip. The 4th room was perfect but the sofa was discussing filthy. I'm trying to add pics but it not allowing me to add them. This is day one so I'm definitely going to figure out how to add the pics, also send more reviews of my stay. I recently stayed in Puerto Plata, in Presidential Suits by lifestyle. That was an amazing experience. Best vacations ever.

Nice place to disconnect from everyday routine Family oriented. Room was clean and comfortable. Beware! we got hooked on their Royal Holiday vacation club for 4 hours, if you don't want to waste your vacation time try to avoid their gifts.
Food quality can improve and must reserve 24hrs for specialized dinning. Staff was helpful and friendly. Entertainment staff was enegetic and fun. .

Booked a 5 day stay. The food was HORRIBLE, ended up going Off the resort to purchase food at Senora Grill, which was amazing 10/10. NOT clean at all, when I first arrived my bed sheets had stains on them and smelt like mildew. Also the staff came in everyday and removed my wash cloths and towels, but NEVER replaced them until eventually I was left with none. Looove Punta Cana and all the excursions, would never return to the resort.

the hotel and bungalows are newly renovated, very nice and clean, staff is friendly, tips appreciated of course. only decent coffee is at the coffee shop, food was decent but for a five star hotel should be more diverse and better quality. alcohol selection is also decent, wish they had more choices, and swimming pools close at 7pm which is a bummer. kid friendly, nice atmosphere

Estuvo pésima la atención de una joven al llegar al hotel llamada Carolina nos dejó esperando más de una hora parados nos dijo demen un momento y lo peor del caso que salió de turno y no dijo nada y ya por la espera hablé con otra persona y de esa manera me terminó de atender alrededor de 2 hora para chequearme y para completar el baño estaba lleno de agua saliendo del lava manos por abajo la nevera no servía y por último una habitación al final de todo como si fuera la última y la peor que ni los carritos que transportan pasan

Hotel is well decorated and the specialty restaurants are great. The property is too big and the transportation isn’t enough for all the guests.

The hotel was good, the food was decent nothing special but overall good. Pool could use a little bit more picking up during operation hours (lots of trash left around by people and unfortunately no one was picking it up). Rooms were clean.

The property was beautiful we had a great time. The food is average, not bad but not great. Our only complaint was that we could hear our neighbors clearly through the walls. And the beach is beautiful! Transportation around the property comes around at least every 5 minutes which was perfect!

Property was beautiful and staff was nice. Property did not seem equipped with proper staffing. The lines for buffet and food trucks were long. It was difficult to make dinner reservations on the app. There weren’t any shows at night when we visited. Liquor was very low end to the point that I couldn’t drink it. The room had a musty smell that stayed on our clothes and Bags after we returned home. The mini fridge was luke warm and juice went sour. A cockroach climbed out of my husbands menu in the seafood restaurant.

Our vacation started with lost luggage and then we got to the resort where the gave us a room that smelled moldy. We contacted the front desk and Freddy quickly got us set up in a room which was much better and the location was perfect. So glad we made the change early! The resort is large lots to see! Loved all the peacocks around too! Beaches are beautiful and well kept, walked the beach every day. The main pool could use an update as it looks worn but clean. Spent a lot of time at the 24 hour bar since they had all the Bruins games on we wanted to see. Buffet ok typical of most. Gotta do a shout out to AnnaLisa who set our table with flowers on our last day. Such a nice gesture! Overall a great experience.Would go back.
