« I will come back again! This house was right on the Columbia with bald eagles landing in the yard and was so quiet. There’s a grocery store and brewery in town, plus a couple coffee shop or breakfast cafes. Everyone was very friendly. The neighbors were also very friendly with our dog and our whole family. Such a wonderful place to relax with my family. »

« What a wonderful stop. I wish we had more time there, but we only stayed one night on our way between Portland/St Helens and Rainier. The house is secluded, as shown in the listing. The balcony overlooks a gorgeous forested valley and we enjoyed just sitting out there and listening to the birds both in the evening and in the morning. « What a lovely place to stay with an amazing private dock. Our host was super responsive after we checked in and the welcome book had the details we needed to get comfortable. « Would have been nice to know there was nowhere to park my truck with my boat! Had to back all the way down the street to get my boat back out from this house. Ended up parking my boat at my cousins place as no way to park it at this place. I did ask the owner if there would be room to park my boat there and he never returned my message! Do not take a boat to this location! »

« There is only one real bedroom. Down stairs there are two rooms that have beds in them but one is missing a door, and the other does not have an egress window. Upstairs is a cute little loft. It is almost never needed, but be advised there is no AC. Also there was not internet, or Cable TV for the one TV in the unit. A nice addition was the water filter in the fridge and the Keurig with Coffee in the cabinet. Overall we had a lovely stay and the things that didn't work didn't ruin our short...

« We really enjoyed our stay. It was so peaceful and secluded. The kids enjoyed playing at the beach, in the yard, and even in the home. The double hammock fit my husband and I comfortably and had an amazing view of the river. The home was clean and had everything we needed (even some extras). Plenty of linens and towels, dish and laundry soap, bathroom toiletries. The beds, including the sleeper sofa were comfortable. Just overall an amazing place to stay! »

« The property owners were very nice and helpful. This property is a little rural but quite easy to find as long as it’s not in the dark the first time arriving. Owner provided good directions. Lots of room to spread out in the barndominium. Clean and good amenities. Nice hot tub and fire pit. Fun to watch the friendly cows wandering in their pasture. »
