'Das Personal war anfangs, warum auch immer, verwirrt bei meiner Ankunft. Selbst mit Buchungsbestätigung am Handy mit eindeutiger Buchungsnummer dauerte es eine Weile, bis ich die Schlüssel hatte. Aber die Leute waren sehr freundlich. Am Ende war ich sogar kurz Gast der Geburtstagsfeier der Tochter eines Mannes, den ich als Besitzer vermute. Herzliche Leute. '

'The hotel looks more like a big home, and that's a big plus. I think 6 rooms all on the first floor (no elevator). Rooms are spacious and have all amenities you need. View from the window is depressing, but this hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, and in that respect the view was not important to us. Shuttle service is included and works perfectly with an "normal" car (not a shuttle bus). The breakfast is simple (Guatemalan style) but sufficient.'

'This was amazing stay really close to Guatemala Airport with an amazing and beautiful view. Me and my family loved it. And the host was great too, fast response and helpful. I will stay again in this place and will recommend others to stay too.'

'At breakfast, the waiter took my credit card to a back area to charge me, instead of bring the machine to the table. This was the only time in my entire trip that my card was out of my hands. Within 24 hours that card had 3 Temu charges and I had to cancel it. Draw your own conclusions. Ruined the whole experience. Nice hotel, great location, but a horrible staff.'

'Het is een mooi hotel dichtbij het vliegveld. De kamer was comfortabel en schoon. De buurt was veilig en er waren een paar restaurants in de buurt. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het enige lastige vond ik dat er regelmatig niemand bij de receptie aanwezig was en ik wilde niet de hele tijd bellen om iemand te laten komen. Verder was ik zeer tevreden.'
