We are currently installing in our buildings an on line check in system meaning guests can arrive directly to the apartment if they have provided legally required personal details and processed payment. This will make the process easier and quicker and by the end of this month we will have half of all our buildings on this system. We have discussed your comments regarding the employee you mention and are focusing on guest interaction skills as we understand this is a key area. Again we appreciate your feedback and are sure the improvements we are putting in place will contribute positively to all future guest stays.

You are correct that you should have had a full clean during the time period you were in the apartment and we will follow up to find out what happened and why the cleaning did not také place. Dear Moshe, Thank you for leaving us a review and highlighting some of the issues we are currently working on. We are currently installing in all of our residences electronic on line locks which are then connected with an on line check in system. This means guests can after filling in all personal details required by law and completing payment receive their unique code and enter the apartment without needing to visit the reception. This is in process but unfortunately going slower than planned due to delays caused by Covid although we have four more residences planned by the end of this month. At the same time we are planning to open another reception location for those preferring a face to face check in to shorten the journey and move our current reception a little closer to the center. The electronic locks will also ensure the immediate resolution of a non-functioning code. Regarding your Netflix I will have this checked.
