There were plenty of pans and dishes. Our group of 6 adults went through all of the glasses daily. We appreciated the staples left in the pantry and fridge.The hot tub struggled to stay hot during the snowfall, but it was very popular with the young adults.Generally the house was clean, but the sheets and blanket on bed were stained. There were three problems that arose during our stay that could have been better handled by the owner: 1) the dryer wasn't working well due to a heavily clogged vent which we had to clear; 2) the property manager didn't come to clear the driveway/steps of 10" of snow until noon (and there was no shovel for us to use so we had to clear most of it with a car shovel); and 3) disappointing amends for us during a water main break. Rather than delivering potable water to us, we were told by the owner to buy bottled water. The stores were cleared out, so we had to drive to other towns to buy water. We were unable to flush toilets unless we melted snow. Eventually the owner gave us a partial refund, but not without prompting, and our stay was not as enjoyable as we had hoped.
