'The location was perfect. Loved to house. Very clean. Beds were super comfortable!! Everything we needed. One suggestion. There is a side window in the master bedroom and very sheer curtains. People left lights on house next door all night plus when they drive in late at night light shown in the window all night making it hard to sleep. Could use a blind like on other windows. The wood stove kept us toast roasty. We had one when we lived there. Didnt really mind no TV. Would...

He was like a Quarterback in the days before our arrival, so when we arrived...TOUCHDOWN!The Retreat was loaded with comfort, supplies (including wood for the FIREPLACE!), and a well-stocked kitchen! We would definately returned to the "Family Retreat Ijn The Hudson Valley"!'

'This is an "upgraded" camping experience! A peaceful setting for outdoor living, exceptionally private. Super convenient to Minnewaska. Everything you need amd exactly as described, plenty of seating for a larger group and sleeping tent/yurt makes inclement weather less of a concern than a regular tent or backpacking setup. Definitely stay here!'
