Our mission is to provide you with the best experience of accommodation, offering you a pleasant and an amusing stay…as if you were in your home! Please take the advantage of our location, visiting this delightful and charming city. Located in the very heart of the historical centre of Porto, this brand new apartment has 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, air conditioning and a terrace for relaxing. We have decorated this new apartment with an enormous passion and care! Therefore we want to provide you the best experience of accomodation you have ever had! Located in an historic neighborhood, in the centre of the city (a 100 metres from the Clérigos Tower), our apartment was built and renovated, respecting the toponymy of the street. Our apartment has good and spacious areas (110m2) and a pleasant outside area to relax and to have dinning time with family and friends. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, air-conditioning system and a fully equipped kitchen and living room! It has lot of windows , which is constantly illuminated by the sunlight and provides an extremely pleasant place at any time of the year. The guests can have access to all furniture of the apartment and also use all equipments there available. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any doubts or questions you might have, during your stay in our charmed and beautiful city. We will provide you all information needed, either through the mobile phone, email or personally. Our neighborhood is located in a central area of Porto and the street is one of the most emblematic streets in town. Please have in mind that you are a few meters of all mainly attractions of the city! In our neighborhood you will be amazed with our local History , gastronomy, shopping areas, squares , nightspots , viewpoints and churches! We wish you a warm welcome to this city and our apartment. Here you will feel the true spirit of this city! In the historical centre of Porto, classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, the accomodation is located approximately 200 meters from the Aliados Avenue, 300 meters from the Train and Metro São Bento Station, 500 meters from the Ribeira, 350 meters from Porto Cathedral, 350 meters from the Palácio da Bolsa and Ferreira Borges Market. The accommodation is very closed to all public transports of the city. You are just 350 meters from the nearest metro and train station (S. Bento) and less than 100 meters from the Bus Tours, Tram Stop and Taxi cabs. Dear Guest, Fortunately, covid19 in Portugal is practically controlled, and life has returned to normal. However, as a precaution, we offer masks and disinfectant gel during your stay. At the end of each stay, we hire a disinfection team to ensure that everything will be disinfected and ready for the next guest. We can thus affirm and guarantee a safe stay in the city of Porto, and that they can enjoy our beautiful city and region. It is relatively accessible find free parking near the Flat. However, there is the possibility to park in a public park (covered), about 100 meters from the apartment. Please let us know in advance if you want this last option so we can provide you the access card.
