The kitchen is compact yet fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, as well as modern appliances including a microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine. The warm wooden countertops add character to the space and create a pleasant environment for preparing meals.

The bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe, providing ample storage space throughout your stay. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the modern bathroom features a refreshing shower, along with fresh towels and a hairdryer for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests have access to the entire apartment, including the inviting patio area. The property is located in a private 'island condo,' ensuring a quiet and secure environment.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A comfortable and welcoming apartment in Porto, located in a quiet residential area with easy access to the city’s main attractions. Guests can explore the historic center, visit the iconic Clérigos Tower, Livraria Lello, and São Bento Station, or enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the Ribeira riverside along the Douro River.

The area is well served by local cafés, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to discover Porto’s culture, gastronomy, and architecture. With convenient access to both the city center and surrounding areas, it’s an ideal base for a relaxing stay in Porto.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Heroísmo (Metro do Porto – Line A, B, C, E and F), is approximately a 8–10 minute walk from the property, providing easy access to Porto city centre and surrounding areas.

The nearest train station, Porto Campanhã (Linha do Norte), is about a 10–12 minute walk, offering regional and national rail connections.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 20–25 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
