This charming 25 m² one-bedroom house in Madalena is the ideal retreat for couples seeking comfort and convenience during their stay.
This accommodation is part of a group of three adjoining properties. The main entrance gate is shared with the other units, though each house maintains its own private space.

Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable sofa, a TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table.

The kitchenette comes fully equipped with all the essentials you’ll need to prepare home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. 

The bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom includes all the necessary amenities, such as fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Madalena is a perfect refuge that combines the tranquility of the sea with the proximity to vibrant city life. A few minutes away, vast golden sand beaches invite you to enjoy sunny days and long walks along the seaside boardwalks. A short distance away, the iconic Chapel of the Lord of the Stone (Capela do Senhor da Pedra) in Miramar rises above the rocks, offering a breathtaking setting.

The local gastronomy is a delight, with a fantastic array of restaurants serving fresh fish and seafood from the coast. The location is privileged for exploring the treasures of northern Portugal, being just a short drive from the Port wine cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia.

Cross the bridge to discover Porto, a UNESCO World Heritage city, explore its historic Ribeira district, and complete the experience with an unforgettable boat trip on the Douro River, under its six famous bridges. This location offers the best of both worlds: the serenity of the coast and the rich culture of a world-class city.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Nazarães, is just a 5-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 24-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
