Modernly furnished and tastefully decorated, this beautiful house (70 m2) is close to several top attractions on Rua do Rosário, such as Livraria Lello and Casa da Música! The metro station is just a few minutes' walk from the apartment, allowing guests to explore the city with ease.

This house has been designed with open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas. With a large sofa, a widescreen smart TV and a dining table big enough to seat four people,

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cooking utensils and cutlery to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal, including a microwave and an oven. The house also has ironing equipment, should you need it.

The two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds, with hotel-quality bedding for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the essentials for freshening up, such as shampoo and a hairdryer. Clean towels will also be provided for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The check-in will take place directly at the property with the presence of a greeter, depending on availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
