This delightful 25 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is located on the 2nd floor without lift access, so it is not ideal for people with reduced mobility.

As you enter, you will find open-plan living and kitchen spaces. The living space features a lovely sitting area, including a couch bed, where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware, a cooking plate, a microwave and an oven.

The bedroom is modernly decorated, and it includes a comfortable queen bed and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Cedofeita, one of Porto's oldest neighbourhoods, is a charming mix of history and modernity. The area is home to the Church of São Martinho de Cedofeita, Porto's oldest church, which dates back to the 6th century. Its cobblestone streets are lined with colourful buildings, quaint cafes, and boutique shops, offering a glimpse into Porto's rich past.

The neighbourhood is also known for its vibrant art scene, particularly along Rua de Miguel Bombarda, Porto's "Art District." This street features numerous galleries and hosts lively events that attract locals and tourists. Cedofeita's blend of history, culture, and contemporary art makes it a must-visit spot in Porto.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Trindade, is just a 10-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 21-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
