Enjoy an ocean getaway with the beautiful Flynns Beach at your doorstep! This is a recently renovated Industrial unit. Come and enjoy sleek designer accommodation at its best. With stunning concrete polished floors, wooden benches a modern kitchen and 2 large balconies. This unit is a 5 min drive to the town centre and is pet friendly.
This unit is only for holiday accommodation and is equipt with all the essentials.
We have other properties available so if this one is booked out we will be able to fit you in somewhere else!

In a good location with great cafes walking distance. Do yourself a favour and make sure you try at least one of the cakes at Cocoa Cartel. Honestly as good if not better than anything Sydney or Melbourne can offer. The place was clean and well appointed. Just be aware the iron is kept in the laundry but the irioning board is in the unit. Found that odd but other than that, it served my needs for a 3 day stop to visit friends.

Let down by little things

Good potential but they need to look at the little things. The worst part was the toilet wasn’t clean. Lift the lid and its clear more attention is needed.The living room light didn’t work, so when watching tv the glare of the kitchen light was annoying.There is no bed side light you can turn on and off from the bed. There is a light under the fan which can, but it’s the main bedroom light and far too strong.There is no air conditioning in the bedroom, which wasn’t a problem in late April but a concern for mid summer.The sound of guests moving something in their units was very noticeable at 5 an, and I don’t blame them.The tap in the bathroom is so loose you think it might come off. However, the shower rose was excellent.There were good aspects too, but there is work needed.

Wonderful

We had the most wonderful stay at Salt by the Sea. The units are very clean, well supplied and the location is outstanding. The ceiling fans made sleeping so comfortable. Suites 1 - 3 have only a few stairs to go up for access, but 4 - 6 require you to be able to go up 1 flight. I did not love the bench type table and stools, not really great for eating at and the stools were uncomfortable to sit on. This didn't cause us much grief as we ate mostly with family and used the stools more as side tables for the sofa. There is extra bed linens. Bring your own beach towel as I am sure they do not want you taking the beautiful white towels to the beach. My only request would be a couple of chairs (could be folding) to set outside to enjoy the the sun, shade, sounds, smells, fresh air that this lovely location has to offer.Gloria and her team went above and beyond to help us out with any request I had and are super friendly. If Port Macquarie wasn't so far from Canada I would be back on the regular!Thank you for making our stay even better than expected.

Fantastic place to stay. Very clean and modern. Great bed and the place is set up very well for anyone that has a fur baby. Great grassed area for the fur baby to run around. We have stayed a few times now and definitely can’t wait to stay again. It’s 5 plus stars from us

Gorgeous renovated, pet friendly apartment with beautiful soft furnishings, in an excellent location. Walking distance to the beautiful Flynn beach. The SLSC was a great place for breakfast with a wonderful view. Also close to local shops and a fabulous pizza bar. Loved our stay
