She is unique with a cargo lift, outside doggie area, & heart-warming story. Fancy Nancy opens her doors to her guests to spend quality time together and make cherished memories, whether it's relaxing on the patio/deck, cooking together in the spacious kitchen, or soaking up sun on the beach.

Fancy Nancy welcomes you to a comfortable and relaxing home. She offers a Master Bedroom with a King Bed, 2nd bedroom with a Queen Bed, and 3rd bedroom with Queen-over-Queen Bunk Beds all provided with soft linens. Both Fancy Nancy's Master and Guest Baths are equipped with a shower/bath combination and bath towels. We’ve thought of nearly everything when it comes to outdoor living at Fancy Nancy. Her downstairs patio offers an outdoor shower to rinse off before entering her doors. Complimentary beach towels are provided for beach use, along with beach toys, umbrella, and bagged beach chairs for a 2-minute walk and some fun in the beach sun. Fancy Nancy's outdoor patio area welcomes you to come and relax with a hammock, soft patio lights, and a 50-inch flat screen Smart TV for music listening or a family movie night. If the kids want to play, pull out the Cornhole Boards stored in the shower area for some fun or try your luck at the ring toss game. While the kids are playing, fire up the charcoal grill or smoker for an easy dinner of hamburgers, ribs, or brisket. While the meat is cooking outside, head into Fancy Nancy's fully furnished spacious kitchen for all your other cooking needs. She comes well equipped with a coffee bar for mornings on the deck and specialty glasses for an evening cocktail. Her cozy living room provides a space for quality bonding time with a super comfortable leather sectional sofa and soft lamp lighting. Fancy Nancy shares with you a cabinet of games and cards if your fancy is needing some good ol' indoor fun.
