Had 2 patio areas with awesome beach views. House was well furnished with everything needed for a wonderful week at the beach. Nice fenced in area for the dog to hang out. Conveniently located just a short hop to the big store and everything else. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms. Nice open kitchen. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

Fantastic Place in Crystal Beach

The house was as described and the owner easy to contact with any questions. We had a group of 14 staying and 5 more that came for the day on Saturday and there was plenty of room for everyone. Having multiple rooms with king beds and en suite bathrooms for 4 of the 6 bedrooms was great. The wraparound decks on the two floors were fantastic and were in constant use. It was hot but the ocean breeze kept it comfortable and they were shaded most of the day. The storage room under the house had plenty of sand toys, boogie boards, sun shades, games, and chairs. We didn't even use the beach tent that we brought. There were plenty of beach towels and bath towels, but you do need to bring your own bath soap and shampoo. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need and there was salt, pepper, sugar and flour, along with other spices, as well as some coffee pods available. We needed extra paper towels but there were plenty of trash bags and dishwasher pods.The "Big Store" down the main street a few miles had everything we needed. It's an Ace Hardware, grocery store, take out restaurant with pizza, etc. all in one.Vehicles are allowed on the beach and it can get pretty busy in the summer, especially on the weekend. The house is right next to the access road to the beach, so we didn't really need to use a vehicle. All in all, a great place and the family had a wonderful time.

Exceptional!

All went very smoothly, David was very helpful and communicative. Property layout was perfect, Our group of 15 ranging from ages 86 to 1 year all enjoyed are crystal beach experience.

Stella Maris

Very nice house with good space and lots of bathrooms (great for multiple couples). Location is right on the beach and is close to some conveniences and attractions. If you want a place on the water for three couples with or without kids, this is your spot.

Our First Family Vacation

David was absolutely AMAZING! The House cleaners on the other hand very rude. The house WAS NOT cleaned properly at all. David immediately sent them over but they made us feel like we inconvenienced them. They did NOT stock the bathrooms with any extra towels,toilet paper and wash cloths and there was zero soap to wash our hands. I do not feel I should have had to call David at all because they did not d their job. He was so very nice and offered to get us a 6 seat golf cart for free and he did! All in All we had a great time and the house is very BEAUTIFUL and perfectly fit right on the water. We would stay there again!!!

Great Vacation Home!

Home is in a fantastic location. It had lots of space and accommodated our large group without issue. We wish the sofa would have been larger for evening gatherings. There was a small glitch upon arrival, but the owner corrected the issue immediately and was very kind. There were more amenities than what was listed which was great. The double balconies gave the younger teens a place separate from the adults to hang out which they loved. It also had a small, fenced yard for our pet which allowed her to be off leash giving her more outdoor time. Overall, it was an amazing home, and we really enjoyed our trip.

Wonderful Weekend

This beachfront home was perfect for our weekend stay. Wonderful space in the kitchen, sizable bedrooms, amazing bathrooms and showers, even the panoramic views of the Gulf were peaceful. Direct access for driving on the beach was only yards away. Beach towels and chairs for our family was a bonus. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, above and beyond (my husband’s a chef). Highly recommend for anyone considering a vacation here. Thank you!

Awesome property

Perfect home for a family get together. Plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful view of-the beach. Easy walk or drive to the beach. Nice selection of beach items in case you forget to bring your own . Kitchen was well equipped even had a high chair for toddler. Beautiful home would definitely recommend .

Would not stay again

From check in we had issues, but the biggest problem was the cleanliness of the place. We had sheets with stains, Hair on sheets and what looked to be blood on some sheets. We also had hair all over floors. Couch and dining room chairs were covered in stains. Dryer still had towels in it ( we were told they were clean ) At night we discovered that dishwasher was not empty from previous stay. Host unwilling to budge on any fee for cleaning. We ended up washing sheets . Host offered to cancel our reservation. Were would 10 people go after driving 5 hours? Also offered late check out at no cost, this was not going to happen. Also there were cups on balcony from previous guests, hair brush in bathroom that was from a previous guest. Kitchen did not have oven mitts and drawers were filthy with crumbs in each. The best thing about the place was the balcony . Would think before booking this place.

Great new property

This is a new property and spacious compared to the ones we rented in the past. Everyone was happy they had their own room. Owner is accommodating and resolve any issues right away. We definitely will be back again next year.

Amazing beachfront home!

Absolutely gorgeous property with fantastic views! All the high end touches in the unit and the comfy beds were fantastic. Watching the waves roll in from the two balconies was the best way to pass our time. We went with three families and having six bathrooms spoiled us all. There were tons of beach chairs for us to use and our guys enjoyed hanging out at night on the ground level. David was very receptive with any text or call and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was great with the housekeeping issue we had. Thank you again for letting us call your place home for 4 nights!
