Amazing Grace is a majestic 3000 square foot beachfront home with the capacity to sleep up to 25. It is centrally located in Crystal Beach - close to shopping, dining and entertainment. This beauty boasts unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico to the east and west from upper and lower decks.

The first floor living area features a large wrap-around sofa and a 65" TV. The well-furnished kitchen has plenty of seating and offers two refrigerators and a large island. It's well-stocked with all you need to prepare and serve beautiful meals. The first floor is also home to four of the seven bedrooms. Three of these bedrooms have king-sized beds and the fourth bedroom has one queen and one full-sized bed. A full Jack and Jill bath separates two of the bedrooms and there is also a separate full bathroom on this level.

The second floor is home to two primary bedrooms with king beds and ensuite baths. In addition, you will find a fun boat/pirate-themed bunk room with four custom sets of bunk beds; it is a great place for kids and it has a large full bathroom of its own. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs with high speed internet for your convenience.

You will definitely enjoy being outside with plenty of deck furniture and two picnic tables; and on the ground level you will find an outdoor sand shower and a charcoal grill. Cargo lift is available for guest use, for an additional fee. Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are welcome with pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
