'Paul at the front desk is legendary. I've got well over 1000 nights in various locations and Paul ranks in the top three of all staff members I've encountered in my travels. Professional, courteous and bent over backwards to help me any way he could. Because of Paul I will be going out of my way from now on to book a stay at HIE. Breakfasts were above average, score a solid 'B'. Noise form the hwy can be distracting for some but we like the drone of it. '
