Villa Hort 3 Cames is a pleasant Mallorcan country house located in the area of "La Font", on the outskirts of the town of Pollensa, just a 20 minute walk from the old town of Pollensa, with its excellent selection of shops and restaurants, while the beaches of the resorts of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa are about a 5 minute drive away. The house enjoys beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana, and towards the bay of Pollensa.



The interior of the house is very spacious and bright. From the furnished covered terrace , the main entrance leads to a living room with satellite TV and DVD player. The dining room seats 12 people, and the kitchen is well equipped. Also on the ground floor, a hallway leads to 2 double bedrooms, both with en suite shower rooms, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Stairs lead up to the first floor to a gallery seating area with seating and another TV with satellite connection. From this level there is access to the master double bedroom, which is air conditioned and has a private terrace with direct access to the swimming pool. The other bedrooms also have en suite shower rooms and air conditioning. A spiral staircase leads up to the studio, which has splendid views of the mountains and the bay. The studio has a fan instead of air conditioning, and shares a bathroom with shower, located on the first floor.



Outside, in the spacious garden, there is a large swimming pool and also a smaller pool for children. The extensive gardens are perfect for large families, and for those who like to play games, there is a ping-pong table. If you prefer more sedentary activities and relaxation, there are comfortable wicker chairs and sun loungers by the pool. On one of the covered terraces, there is a built-in barbecue next to the wood-burning oven, and a large outdoor dining table with seating for large groups. In addition, there is an outside utility room with washing machine.



This is the ideal holiday home for large families or smaller groups coming on holiday.
