Beautiful villa with swimming pool, surrounded by olive trees, a few minutes from the center of Polignano A Mare.



The villa is spread over two floors, totally independent, perfect for hosting groups of families or friends. On the ground floor there is a large living area, very bright and cozy, with a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining table and a sofa. From here there is access to the bedrooms: one features a queen-size bed and a single bed, while the other has a queen-size bed. Two bathrooms with showers complete the layout.

The first floor, specular to the ground floor, features a large living area, with an open-plan kitchen, a sofa and a dining table, with access to the terrace from which there is a splendid view of the pool and the surrounding countryside to the sea. The sleeping area consists of a triple room with a queen-size bed and a single bed, and a double room with a double bed. Two more bathrooms with showers complete the layout.



The villa is a real gem, and the outdoor spaces confirm its beauty. In the center is the private saltwater pool, perfect for relaxing on hot summer days. Surrounded by sun loungers, a pergola with dining area and barbecue, and a small play area perfect for the little ones.



Guests will benefit from five outdoor parking slots inside the property.



The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September.

Known as the “Pearl of the Adriatic”, Polignano a mare is a true Italian beauty. The historic center, built on the white cliffs overlooking the sea, is a tangle of streets which hide speechless views and architectural beauties.

Polignano's most famous beach, Lama Monachile, is a symbol of the city and can be reached via a road that was once the bed of a stream. Every year, the beach hosts the Red Bull Cliff Diving world competition.

Street food lovers cannot miss the delicious fish sandwiches, which are fish hamburgers spiced up with seasonal and local ingredients.

For those who want to give themselves a luxury dinner, hidden in Polignano sea caves there is a high-level restaurant, Ristorante Grotta Palazzese, entirely carved in the rock and visible only from the sea.

Nearby, do not miss Alberobello with its famous “trulli” and the medieval village of Conversano.
