Przystań pod Witoszą – Private Holiday Home with Garden & Covered Terrace

Morning coffee on the covered terrace, a barbecue together and an evening around the campfire — at Przystań pod Witoszą, you can enjoy your holiday at your own pace.

Welcome to Staniszów, at the foot of the Karkonosze Mountains in Lower Silesia, Poland. Our year-round holiday home accommodates 6–8 guests and is exclusively yours during your stay. It is the only house on a 4,000 m² plot, with neighbouring buildings several dozen metres away. Green surroundings, an orchard and nearby woodland make it a lovely setting for a break with family or friends.

THE HOUSE AND SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

There are three separate bedrooms: one sleeping two guests and two sleeping three guests each. Single beds can be joined to create double beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The separate bedrooms offer privacy, while the living room provides a welcoming space to relax together after a day out.

The house has one bathroom with a shower. A washing machine, iron and hairdryer are also available.

KITCHEN AND SHARED MEALS

The well-equipped kitchenette has everything you need to prepare your own meals, including a fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster, as well as crockery and cooking utensils.

TERRACE AND GARDEN

The covered terrace with outdoor furniture is an inviting spot for breakfast, reading or a leisurely conversation. A gas barbecue and a designated campfire area are available for guests.

The spacious grounds and orchard offer plenty of room to unwind outdoors, while nearby woodland and rock formations invite you to explore on foot.

HOT TUB AND CAMPFIRE

For an extra touch of relaxation, a hot tub is available at an additional charge. We can also prepare firewood for your campfire for an additional fee. Please contact us before your stay to arrange availability, preparation and pricing for your preferred dates.

THE LOCAL AREA

Staniszów is a great base for exploring the Jelenia Góra Valley and the Karkonosze Mountains. Take a trip to Jelenia Góra, Karpacz or Szklarska Poręba, explore mountain walking trails, or discover the region’s palaces and parks. For a relaxing swim, visit the Termy Cieplickie thermal baths.

Spend your days exploring or simply stay at the house, enjoy the garden and make time for one another.
