'No internment no music to dance drinks so expensive and no alcohol taste at all is a very all property shower either hit or cold, faucets not working properly, and when I made the reservations for this place at that time it wasn’t all inclusive, they changed a week before we arrived, I just because we’re not all inclusive they dined a water bottle for me and my husband, and that’s good we didn’t get all inclusive because it’s not worded at all'

Had early check in and the concierge said room would be ready in about half an hour but waited almost 2 hours for it. 'This was my very first trip to puerto vallarta and honestly staying at Hyatt Ziva made me understand why you would go to Mexico twice a year.
