Positief: Voorzieningen, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
The apartment was great, good size and walking distance to the beach and Quinta Ave.
However, I’m generally not one to complain and I’ve lived here in Mexico before so I know there can be issues with power etc. but when I arrived the elevator was not working and I was told it was just for that night. So I carried my all bags upstairs myself, no offer to help from the people working. I got to the room and the blinds are down and broken so I couldn’t roll them up and the toilet didn’t flush properly. (They did send someone quickly the next day to fix it after I complained so that was nice)
Then I went to leave around 9pm to get groceries and was informed that “when I get back there will be no power in the common areas and no water in my unit from 10pm- 8am but only for today”
Long story short after 4 days “today” never came and after 4 days of no elevator, no power on the stairs and hallways after 10pm and no water every night to shower or flush the toilet I left.
Expedia was amazing at switching me to another hotel where the stay was really great.
