Sleeping arrangements
The condo sleeps up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a private en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two double beds, making it well-suited for families or friend groups. A full bathroom and a half bath serve the rest of the space.
Living space and kitchen
The open-plan living area connects a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining table for six, and lounge. It's a practical setup for groups who plan to cook or eat in. The space includes dedicated workspace, WiFi, and a TV.

- Soriana grocery & convenience stores in walking distance

Getting Around:
The condo is about 54.4 km/33.8 miles or about a 45-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. There are shared-ride and private vans as well as rental car options. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help! - Please note there’s ongoing construction happening nearby. You’ll likely hear construction noise during working hours; Monday through Saturday, from 8am to 6pm.
- We provide bottled water, high-quality bed linens, bathroom and beach towels, kitchen equipment and more to provide the most comfortable stay. And if you need an airport transfer, we can help you with that too! Just let us know!
- Electricity is not included for rentals of 7 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. *Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C and turning off the AC and lights when you leave the property.
- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- There is no daily housekeeping but if you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost – Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters will be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid from moving furniture
- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- It is requested to use the Safety Deposit Box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. Glasses, glass bottles, food or coolers are not allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.

This is a self-check-in property. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week should you need anything - just send us a message via the booking platform.
