'I would stay here again! Clean!Very close to the train station and very central in Florence. The host is very kind! She even recommended wonderful sites and resturants. Very sweet people! The building has an elevator so if you packed a lot you can use the elevator. I was concerned staying near a train station but the noise didn’t bother me. She provides ear plugs if you’re sensitive to noise but myself and my husband didn’t need them. Overall I would come back and recommend to stay here if...

'Nice and spacious rooms, service with a smile! Value dor money.'

'Great room. Good location especially when you are travelling by car. All highlights within walking distance. Airconditioning could have been a bit stronger. Staff is friendly, professional and helpfull.'

'Clean good location comfortable'

'The property does not fit the traditional concept of a hotel — there is no reception or on-site support during the stay, which may impact the experience for guests seeking convenience and continuous assistance. Monica and Clarissa are extremely kind and attentive, which is certainly a positive point and deserves recognition. However, some operational aspects compromise the overall experience. The location is not easy to find, especially for first-time visitors. Breakfast must be scheduled in...

'Very convenient proximity to train station'

'There was some kind of water leak causing water to constantly be puddling on the floor in the living/dining area. The best the management could offer was someone to look at it on the 3rd day of our stay. I would have expected some kind of apology or adjustment of the rate. All of the unit was very humid and the bedding was damp due to the amount of moisture in the room. Otherwise, all else was good.'
