« We paid for a room with all inclusive. The food was very delicious and diverse.
The spa centre was clean, not overly crowded and spacious. The spa aria is on two floors , there are several steam baths and saunas. We like the outside pool and jacuzzi because of the hot water and the atmosphere.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The only disadvantage is that after dinner there isn’t entertainment for the guests ,like a play room, especially when you’re in Bansko out of the season.

« This was not my first choice for a hotel in Bansko, but I'm so glad that I chose this. It had everything. You can see mountains everywhere, it has plenty of space where to park, staff are friendly, service is amazing, food was good, fair price. All in all, pretty good experience. »

« Çok güzel bir hoteldi(bazı kısımlar tadilat nedeni ile kapalı olsa da)Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve yardımsever di biz iki aile olarak gittik ve çok eğlendik,tek olumsuz eleştirim yemekler konusunda olabilir her gün her öğün de hep aynı yemeklerin çıkarılması 3 gün üstü konaklamalarda sıkıcı oluyor. »

« L’appartement était très propre et bien équipé. Seul bémol était la salle de bain. La douche n’était pas bien rangé et l’eau était partout dans la salle de bain.
Le complexe touristique est vraiment magnifique. »
