« The staff at check in was extremely helpful and VERY accommodating. The night staff was also very helpful when we needed anything. Our room was clean, but the beds, OH MY GOD the beds!!!! I never wanted to leave! The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The bedding was amazing! Breakfast was "ok". Definitely could use an upgrade for breakfast options. Thank you for making our stay wonderful. »

« We had a wonderful stay at Harbor House Inn. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the inn was quaint, charming, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with anything we needed. One of our favorite parts of our stay was enjoying the continental breakfast on the screened-in porch. The peaceful setting and beautiful view of the lake made it the perfect way to start the day. We enjoyed our time here and would stay again the next time we’re in Grand Haven. »

« The staff went above and beyond! Very helpful, all the way from the housekeepers, to front desk, etc. I really thought they were friendly. The sheets were very clean and smelled nice. There is a sealed bug and waterproof mattress cover over the mattress, followed by a mattress pad and a fitted sheet, then the top sheet, soft blanket and a coverlet. Is this place older, yes. « The beds were reasonably comfortable as were the pillows. I used the window seat for a little bit in the morning sun and found it pleasant. Bathrooms were spacious and navigable in the accessible rooms. Breakfast was solid, with hot and cold elements. Pretty standard biscuits and gravy, egg and cheese mini-omelet, cereals, bagels, etc. Coffee was better than many discount hotel breakfast coffees. « The room was clean but it had a smell. The fridge was frozen up, so I shut it off to defrost. We were really busy so we didn't use the water facilities, so I don't have an opinion there. Staff was friendly and fast. »
