« We had a wonderful stay at Harbor House Inn. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the inn was quaint, charming, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with anything we needed. One of our favorite parts of our stay was enjoying the continental breakfast on the screened-in porch. The peaceful setting and beautiful view of the lake made it the perfect way to start the day. We enjoyed our time here and would stay again the next time we’re in Grand Haven. »

« The staff at check in was extremely helpful and VERY accommodating. The night staff was also very helpful when we needed anything. Our room was clean, but the beds, OH MY GOD the beds!!!! I never wanted to leave! The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The bedding was amazing! Breakfast was "ok". Definitely could use an upgrade for breakfast options. Thank you for making our stay wonderful. »

« Literally don’t stay here. The front desk is a joke and put us in a “non-smoking room” that reeked of cigarettes. When we asked him why, he said “that was the smell of coffee.” He was rude and lied and told us that he only had a King bed available until we called Expedia to cancel our trip and then all of a sudden, he had other double Queen rooms available. When we asked to leave, he refused to fully refund the room, even though the motel was so horrible that we couldn’t even stay for one night....

« Everything was very clean. The little kitchenette in the room was useful. Staff were busy with the extra tulip fest traffic yet were always kind and helpful. »

« The room was clean but it had a smell. The fridge was frozen up, so I shut it off to defrost. We were really busy so we didn't use the water facilities, so I don't have an opinion there. Staff was friendly and fast. »
