'Great hotel and staffs'

'Room was very clean but the rest of the property was TERRIBLE!! Remodeling going on and the hallways, etc. were dirty, carpets needed swept and there was wallpaper hanging and some really bad paint jobs being done. I’ve stayed here off & on for over 12-years and this was the WORST visit ever. First night I had no hot water (called desk & was told maintenance would be in at 7:00am); hallways were very dark (I need to see who’s in the hallway when I’m walking). 'Check in was smooth! Check out was easy. What i didn't like was the double payment of the security deposit, even know it was only $20 a day i was charged it on arrival and on check out. Although for my bank the refund of the deposit was quick 24 hours after check out. It was still dumb.'

'The property outside wasn't maintained well, so looks a little scary. My son and I had a long night with the fire alarm going off after midnight and we received no word of why, firemen came and checked it out but said no fire. I imagine it was the rowdy kids staying there, maybe pulled the alarm or smoking in a room. Then a lot of banging going on to the side and above us. The hotel has a lot of outdated furniture and terrible paint job. Whoever paints and foxes stuff there isn't great at it'

'The room was large and clean. Staff was all very nice and friendly. Anyone of them you saw would greet you kindly. I didn't use the indoor pool but it looked inviting. Close to restaurants and shopping.'

'I paid for a King Size Bed and the WHOLE hotel just have double beds, the lady in the front desk didn’t help me at all. She said that the hotel was sold out, I told her That I need a bigger bed because its impossible that was a king size bed, it was smaller than a full bed.
