Vind je ideale hotel in Phoenix

'It was a very nice hotel and the area was beautiful'

'My room was clean. The TV could have been better. It kept losing signal. I requested a room with walkin shower but got one with a tub.'

'Good, family friendly accommodations in Towson.'

'Great location, went during Towson University Homecoming, very busy and a lot of late night revelers.'

'I have stayed here before and it was good. This time, we had an issue with the blinds/curtains. They are on a motor and we, and the maintenance staff, could not get the blinds down. Our room faced the parking garage so the lights were brightly shining through the window. That made for a sleepless night. The maintenance guy reset the power and still couldnt get it to work. This was around 1 am and we just wanted to sleep. The Sheraton could do better.'

'I'

'Near everything--restaurants, stores. Great staff. My only complaint is with the TV. Very few channels and those that they did have, you couldn't get a signal to watch them.'

'We were told when we checked in that breakfast was until 10am. Then we went down to the breakfast area at 9:05am and everything was packed up and put away. Disappointing and added an unexpected expense of a breakfast out for our family of 5.'

'This looked like a sanctuary hotel. Transient s and misplaced people were sleeping in the lobby. Roaches and ants in the room. The breakfast was terrible (powdered eggs and gray sausage patties). Unclean/unkept serving area. The staff would disappear and would be unreachable phone. There were no phones in the rooms either..'

'For a suite, the sofa in the room should be usable. It was so hard, it felt like concrete. I ended up spending all my time sitting in the bed. Also, no lotion as an amenity.'

'Beds were comfortable but the pillows were not. Room was very tall and echoy'
