'We did not have a good stay. Place was overgrown, no good fan during extreme heat wave, no shade for the window that got sun at 4:45 am, tv was broken, didn’t have K cups in the room for coffee maker, didn’t even put enough toilet paper in our room for us to get through the night. Was not represented well from pictures.'

'The location was alright. The room was outdated. The bathroom had rust on the heating unit. The cleaning lady did a nice job with what she had to work with. There seem to have a problem with the septic system for the flush didn’t always flush good.When the room was booked it said the pool would be open for the season 2026. 'Pretty decent accommodation in a great location. The mattress was a bit worn and sagging a bit, but that wasn’t a big issue. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and the location was quiet at night. Thank you.'

'I had a wonderful one-night stay at Hanscom Cottages & Motel! The room was clean, cozy, and surprisingly spacious. It was very pet-friendly, which made traveling with my pups so much easier. Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. It was only a 7-min drive to Acadia NP! I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!'
