We walked the 20 mile Mammoth March at Pocahontas State Park and the house was perfect. Pretty close to the park, quiet and cute as can be. The owners communicated very well and made our stay super easy and convenient. Would definitely stay again!

This stay came at the perfect time for me and my partner. The guesthouse was clean, cozy, and warm! The neighborhood was very quiet, and it's not far from local business. The surrounding area was beautiful, and the host Denise was very kind and accommodating! We stayed for a week and we loved it!

This property fit our needs, and we had a nice time. The only negative was that the refrigerator was turned down, so our lunch meat got a little warm. It worked once we realized and turned it up.

The place was impeccably clean, and considering I'm a germaphobe, that's quite remarkable. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there, we really appreciated the peaceful countryside location. Would definitely recommend and plan to come back again.

I had a good time. The amenities are great; it's the perfect size for someone staying alone. The light in the main room was a bit dim, but having the TV on offsets it. Nice patio facing the expansive yard, and about 3-5 minutes from anything you need. Ms. Denise was cordial and easy to communicate with, too. Great stay!

It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel at home, yet still enjoy that elevated, retreat-like experience. Whether it was enjoying the quiet mornings, resting after a long day, or simply sitting in the stillness, this stay provided the perfect environment to relax and recharge.What truly set this experience apart, though, was the host. They are incredibly hospitable, kind, and genuinely attentive. Communication was fast and clear from start to finish. Any question I had was answered promptly, and it was obvious they truly care about their guests’ comfort and experience. That level of responsiveness and warmth makes all the difference.This was not just a place to sleep — it was a peaceful haven. I felt safe, comfortable, and completely at ease the entire time.
