Enjoy sitting in the 45 foot private pool watching the boats pass by on the waterway. Your next vacation should be in this tropical paradise that will feel like home. The Perdido House has everything you need for the best vacation with elegant furnishings, private pool, waterfront view, private dock with boat slip, home feel and a vacation attitude.

The Perdido House is located in Pensacola and Perdido, Florida on the Intracostal Waterway and is 1 mile from Johnson Beach, a national seashore with 5 to 6 miles of undeveloped beach on the Gulf and on Big Lagoon. It is located 1 mile from Big Lagoon State Park where there are boat ramps, picnic areas, and beaches located on Big Lagoon. It is also 2 miles from Perdido Key State Park with 1 mile of undeveloped white sandy beaches.

This house is well-equipped and clean with new furnishings. You will feel secure with the private gate and completely fenced yard, which is good for kids and pets. This peaceful retreat is great for big families or just a couple who wants to have a romantic weekend.

The master bedroom suite includes a bathroom, where you can feel like royalty. With a sauna, jacuzzi and shower with six heads, there is plenty to choose from. Come for a short stay or a long stay but you will not want to leave!

Great layout of the house allowing us to relax. The pool area and dock were great place to watch boats go by. Beautiful wrap around porch. Kitchen is fully stocked. Perfect location to grocery stores and to several beach access points. Able to watch beautiful sunrise and sunsets from the deck. Would stay again!!.

Our family loved the pool and the dock. They fished, saw dolphins and a manatee. It was fun watching all the boats up and down the canal.A very comfortable home , well equipped kitchen and we enjoyed grilling.This was our third stay.

The house was perfect for our family vacation! We enjoyed the porch and pool every day! The bedrooms were set up perfectly for us and very comfortable. The only complaint was the sprinklers going iff in the morning in the front and spraying right into our vehicle. Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay!! We will definitely stay again! Thank you!!

Fun pool time!

Fun at the pool every day! Plenty of seating around the pool. The kids loved every minute of the pool. I know everyone complained about the pillows. They need to buy new ones. The beds are ok. The bathroom linens also need to upgrade, but we made due. The location is great. Close to everything you need. Salty Pearl restaurant is a must. All in all we had a fantastic vacation! Roadie the property manager was wonderful also. Great guy. Well stocked kitchen too. I will come back for sure!

Sibling getaway

We stayed here for a week the end of March with my two siblings and their spouses. What a great house for any age group. The house is spacious and has everything you need to make yourself at home. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and more than enough cookware. Grocery stores and restaurants are less than a mile away and beaches on the gulf are just over the bridge on Perdido Key. The pool is amazing. Fishing off the dock was a hit but just sitting on the huge porch watching boats go by was enjoyed by all. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Property, inside and outside, was clean. Pool was clean. Lots of clean porch and pool furniture. We have reserved this house for several years. There is a grocery store, liquor stor, fresh food market and two locally owned restaurants within half mile of property. The kitchen is the best equipped of any property that I have stayed.

We enjoyed the house. We caught pinfish off the dock and watched the boats and barges go by. We rented a boat and went to big lagoon and beached different places. Great trip, we would stay here again.

Great vacation!

Perdido House was super nice and clean. Pool and outside deck were very spacious and tables and chairs for everyone. Chair lift was nice for our elderly folks. We had a great vacation here and would recommend for families with a couple small pets!!

Perfect vacation house

We love staying in this house. The home was very clean We had 2 families and the bedrooms comfortably held us all. The kids and adults both love the large pool. There are plenty of staples in the kitchen and paper goods to get you started and the location is perfect. Love watching the parade of boats back and forth on the water. Two really good restaurants nearby are The Jellyfish and Fisherman’s Corner.

The Best Vacation Home

Though we were not able to get in ocean due to flags - we so enjoyed the pool, games, watching the boats, etc. this was the 4th or 5th time to stay at this location - its my families favorite house. Plenty of room and activities to enjoy.

Home located on an active canal that has lots of boat activity to watch . Great views of the water from the house and pool area . Fenced in yard that was great for younger kids or pets . Overall a good property that we would highly recommend .

our stay here was great. the house, pool, dock, balcony etc. were all great. plenty of room, chairs outside. the house is stocked with everything needed, including beach/pool toys, floats, etc. we experienced a few minor maintenance issues, but the repair guy came out right away to fix. this is a great beach house and i would highly recommend it.
