« Staff was helpful and friendly when available. Complimentary wine and cheese was nice. Room Charadonay bed was too big. Consistently bumping on corners of bed frame. No place to store clothes. Lived out of suitcase. Can't control heat or air in guest room. Central control only. Portable heater wad provided. Town was noisy with students yelling late in the morning. »

« I would try other hotels before I stayed here again and I would never stay here with another guest in the same room. The pictures must be 20 years old because the property is more worn than advertised. Bathroom was very small, like leave your toiletries in the room small. Breakfast was below average. »

« We made this reservation based on the proximity to Longwood Gardens. We did reserve the Dolly Madison room, which is a standard room. However, the photos, don't really describe the tininess of the room. There really isn't anywhere to walk around the bed without clinging to the wall. There is only one small window, leaving the room rather dark. The bath altogether can't be more that 18 sq ft. The sink is in the room proper, creating another pinch point. The linens were nothing special, reminding...

« Très bel hôtel avec cachet, le personnel est amical. C’est très propre et bien entretenu. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est très bon, beau menu. Ils ont pu m’accommoder pour un déjeuner tôt, merci »
