'Have stayed here about 20 nights over multiple trips. Staff is great. They’ve helped me with things outside of scope, getting items, dealing with me as a solo traveler, etc. Pool, steam and sauna are nice. Gym gets the job done. Rooms are comfortable. I’ve stayed in all of them. Entry level is enough for most but have upgraded and been upgraded as well. Spa services are pricey but I’ve tried it a few times and it’s nice of course. Breakfast is best I’ve had in China. It’s probably best hotel...

'Check-in staff was unexperienced and couldn't find my reservation for quite some time. Had to seek help from other staff. So spent quite long at check-in. Otherwise in general the hotel is fine.'
