  • This wonderful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom unit is located in the private gated community of Litchfield By the Sea and is the perfect beach getaway with amazing views! Guests have access to all that Litchfield By the Sea has to offer, such as tennis, pickleball, multiple pools, dining, spa, and even an on site Starbucks.

    The master bedroom features a King bed with its own private bathroom, including a jacuzzi tub and step in shower, as well as direct access to an Oceanfront balcony. The guest bedrooms each have their own bathroom, the first one featuring a Queen bed and the second one featuring two Twin beds. With a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Wifi, cable TV and so much more, this unit is sure to become a family favorite!

    This property has both a traditional drip coffee maker and a Keurig.

The condo was spacious and comfortable - ocean front with excellent access to beach. One downside was that the sliding glass doors to the oceanfront balcony were extremely difficult to open (latches didn't work properly) and once opened, had no screens to keep insects out.

The setting of the condo exceptionally well landscaped and quiet. The condo was very comfortable, roomy, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Beautiful condo

The property was in a great location with beautiful beach views. The sliding glass doors in the living room that lead out to the patio should be replaced as they are now cloudy and prevent seeing the beautiful view from the inside. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything that we needed. The bedrooms were nice and the beds were comfortable.
