'Hotel needs some investing to bring it up to 'par'. Our room was really small and some things were not in order. When we found the safe not working properly, we were first not taken seriously and then ultimately the problem was not solved.'

'Hôtel de passage, fais payer les serviettes utilisées 200bte nous avons préféré les laver nous meme pour 100bt le kg à laverie à côté. Les prises électriques catastrophiques, nous avons dû magouiller pour faire tenir nos chargeur de téléphone et là frigo à allumais une fois sur 4 donc impossible de mettre des boissons au frigo.La douche fuyait, aucune pression. Je ne le conseille pas pour un long séjour. '

'The hotel is little bit old, the room is quite tiny without windows. Close to Patong beach and shopping mall. Very good service from the hotel staff, they helped you to plan the trip and reserved the bookings.'

'When we arrived the taxi could not even get us close to this property. It is up a very steep long hill. Extremely steep then 45 stairs to reach the unit we were supposed to be in for three nights. There was an old bed with large springs digging into your body one small blanket for a double size bed on a queen so hard to cover two people properly. Ancient tv with no channels. No proper shower just a hose in the room with the toilet and a drain in the floor. Broken old closets and cupboards....

'PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. When I reached there, the lady said we don't work with OYO anymore (Still they have a signboard of OYO there) and we don't have your booking confirmed. Moreover, we are full and cannot assign a room. I have asked EXPEDIA to refund my money back. Hope for best. There were 3 more guys there with same issue.'
