'Staff was great! Room was clean, I requested a crib and it wasn’t just a pack and play, they provided a much better crib and more comfortable. Our beds were very comfortable as well. Mathew is the front desk was very attentive too. Would definitely stay here again.'

'Het hotel ligt vlakbij winkels en voelt veilig aan. Het hotel ligt op kwartier rijden van Downtown en Graceland. Parkeren is gratis voor en achter het hotel. Elke ochtend wordt er ontbijt geserveerd. In de warme producten variëren ze per dag. De kamer is ruim met een aparte zitgedeelte en een klein kitchenette. Zeer prettig hotel en beveel dit hotel ook zeker aan bij bezoek aan Memphis Downtown of Graceland.'

'The property was a pretty stay. When first arrived it was clean, it was pretty. However the housekeeping didn’t come to the room once to clean towels, nor change the sheets. They charged my card for things i had no idea about until the end. To eat, you have to get charged extra and the room is already expensive.'

'Although the staff was nice : I have to say the hotel is so outdated . My shower smelled like pee . The carpet was wet from them shampooing.. The curtains had mildew… the breakfast was precooked food that required warming to be edible… this wasn’t my favorite stay.'

'I am extremely disappointed with the condition of my room and the overall experience during my stay. After a long flight, I checked into my room around 2:00 a.m. and immediately reported scratches on the wall so there would be no question that I was not responsible for the damage. Around 4:00 a.m., I pulled back the covers and found the fitted sheet was filthy.
