Deer Valley Aspen Hollow is a perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This property is located in the beautiful Silver Lake Village in Deer Valley. It is surrounded by trees, you will truly feel like you are in the mountains. In the morning, slip your ski boots on, grab your skis, and walk out the back door down the steps to access the slopes. After a great day on the slopes, the home is approximately a 100 yard walk back or a short bus ride if you choose. This stunning Deer Valley Aspen Hollow home offers four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms spread over three floors. It will easily sleep up to 12 guests in ultimate luxury. Whether you are looking for a place in the summer or the winter, this home has it all.

Living Room: Cozy contemporary mountain furnishings, gas assist stone fireplace, a large flat-screen HD Smart TV, and hardwood floors. You will also find a second living room/family room on the middle level of the home that offers a fireplace and flat screen TV.

Kitchen: Gourmet kitchen with gorgeous quartz countertops, stainless steel Thermador appliances, alongside stunning cabinetry. There is an eat-in kitchen island, as well as a separate dining area.

Dining Room: Seating for 10 people at the dining room table and an additional seating for 5 at the island/bar.

The property itself was great and worked very well for our family, especially with kids. The only issues were at check-in: the door codes didn’t work when we arrived, and there were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher. Aside from that, we had a very nice stay and would recommend the property.

Great house for a group, lovely finish out and good location

We traveled with 4 kids 5 and under and 4 adults. The house is really lovely and the location is great - 5-7 min walk from Silver Lake Lodge mid-mountain and about 12 minutes to ski school drop off. Everything was really clean. Only downside is the trash has to be taken out down the block which is challenging with that many kids. The hot tub and grill worked great, and the home is a good set up for two families. Property management is incredibly responsive and helpful. Thank you!!

This property is very well stocked and is in a great location. It’s layout allows a large group to gather or have personal space. The hot tub could use some repairs and the cleaning staff could be a bit more thorough between guests but these were minor inconveniences. Overall, a great property and we highly recommend

This home is wonderful! Beautifully remodeled! Big living areas! Great kitchen! We had 2 families skiing (4 adults & 4 children) Plenty of room for all. Also kids really enjoyed the hot tub after skiing!

COVID Thanksgiving

After 8 months of covid and a cancer diagnosis we were ready to get away for a few days! This property offered us everything we wanted - bedrooms for everyone, a large kitchen/gathering place, hot tub, radiant heat in the floors and so much more! We even discovered a new family favorite game (Bananas) in the upstairs family room. The check in /check out went smoothly, everyone I spoke with a Park City Rentals was kind and helpful. Hoping to get back up there this summer.

Everything went very well. It was nice to get there on a warmer afternoon and find the space air conditioners. Later as it cooled it was pleasant in the home without having to turn on the heater although it was 42 degrees outside one morning. Very comfortable.

Enjoyed it so much, we came back a year later

This is a wonderful property. 5 star on all fronts. Beautiful decoration and fixtures. It's just a short walk (7 minutes) to the lifts, and they've got boot storage with heaters when you get back.

Spring Break Ski

We loved this spacious place. The photos show the space perfectly and it was great that each room had attached bathroom access. It had everything we needed and then some. Kids loved the ski out from mid-mountain to the base but not the walk back so much at the end of the day but it wasn't a huge deal. Overall, we all enjoyed our time and can't wait to plan for next year. Thank you.

Amazing Property Deer Valley

We recently stayed at this property with another family. With four bedrooms we comfortably slept 9 with a bed to spare. The house had been recently renovated and had all the comforts of home (beautiful kitchen and dining area). In the morning just put your skis on and go right out the back door to access the slopes (coming back to the house you end up across the street and have to walk about a 100yds home, but no issue). It is located near the Silver Lake Lodge so accessing lift ticket office was extremely convenient. If we return to Deer Valley anytime in the near future we would definitely consider renting this property again.

Everything we hoped for and more

We love Deer Valley and had high expectations when we booked this location for a ski-week. All of our expectations were met and more. Ski out access is fantastic, literally ski out the back door and take a fun ride through the development to the main runs. The return trip requires a minute or two of walking, but less than I expected. My 9 year old was able to easily get home on his own carrying his skis. Home is beautifully furnished, but still comfortable. A short evening walk to the restaurants at Silver Lake Village was absolutely magical due to the new snow fall and all the lights on the various trees in the area. We were lucky enough to be there during a significant snow storm and snow removal was done quickly and well. Simply put, this is a perfect home in a perfect location. My family usually prefers to try different things, but the entire family was unanimous that they hope this location is available in the future for a return visit.

This home is stunning. Everything is new and beautiful. The recently renovated home is high end from the furnishings to kitchen appliances and accessories. Great location. Close to Main Street in Psrk City and short walk to Silver Lake restaurants and lift. Easy living. Front steps and driveway were plowed immediately. Didn’t have to lift a finger. Won’t disappoint.

Great family vacation in Deer Valley

We were lucky enough to get to spend Christmas week with our family, my sister's family and mother in this wonderful home in Deer Valley this year. I can't say enough about this gorgeous house. The design is perfect for multiple families. The top floor's open floor plan makes it a perfect gathering spot for a large family but for those looking to get away, the second family room on the middle floor was huge hit. With 4 bedrooms (each with their own bathroom!) spread throughout the 3 floors it was easy to manage multiple families. The kitchen was incredibly stocked, they even have a KitchenAid mixer that came in handy! My favorite feature though had to be the boot heaters in the entry. With room for 12 sets of boots it was easy to leave the "mess" there and not track anything through the house. The only issue that we had was with the dining room chairs. A couple of them seemed to have weak legs that were not properly attached. My mother managed to catch herself before falling to the floor when sitting down to play a game. (you may want to check on them) All in all though this is one of the top places that we have stayed. We can't wait to return!
