Stijlvol en schoon
Goed en zeer schoon en stijlvol hotel in nette en veilige buurt. Aardige en behulpzame receptionisten en medewerkers. Kamers inderdaad niet superruim maar brandschoon en onberispelijk. Minpunten: metro is niet heel dichtbij (Porte Dauphine eindpunt lijn 2) en ontbijt is iets te duur. Was 14 euro voor een middelmatig ontbijtbuffet. Was maximaal 10 euro waard. Groot minpunt was dat we om 15.00 uur pas konden inchecken en eigenlijk wilden we om 14.00 uur incheken. Toen we om 15.00 uur aankwamen was 1 kamer nog niet klaar. Zou nog een half uur duren. Toen we beiden op 1 kamer koffie en thee gingen drinken ( dat was dan wel weer okay) kwamen we 15.40 uur beneden en was de kamer nog niet gereed. We zijn toen maar de stad ingegaan, maar wel met veel tijdverlies. Misschien hadden wij gewoon pech. Voor de rest best aan te bevelen in deze chique wijk met dit stijlvolle 3 sterrenhotel.

Vriendelijk personeel, Heerlijke bedden, hotel is net gerestaureerd, dus kamer is mooi, rustige buurt, maar wel leuke restaurants in de buurt. Weg van de tourist traps. We komen zeker nog eens terug.

El hotel es muy bonito y bien ubicado. Es facil moverse por la ciudad en el transporte publico desde el hotel. La habitación que tuvimos el último día es ma que esta hasta arriba del hotel. Si trae maletas muy pesadas no es conveniente porque hay que subir escaleras con las maletas y es incómodo, sin embargo la vista y el balcón que tienen vale la pena con una vista parcial a la torre eiffel. El personal es muy amable y siempre estan dispuestos a ayudar. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

The property is nice and quiet. Is very near 2 subway stations. You can get easily to the arc of the triumph by footh. The personnel of the hotel is very kind and helpful. The room was quite spacious and clean and has a lot of natural light. As it is a boutique hotel every room os different and has it own personality. I had a problem with a prevoius reservation that was solved immediately. I will definitely come back again to this hotel.

The Hotel is in a nice and quiet zone near 2 subway stations. The room is big and with natural light. The personal is very kind and helpful. We spent 6 nights and the first night the room was very cold because the calefaction didnt work it was fixed the next day but the we couldnt use the air conditioner only calefaction. The room wasn't clean as expected there were a lot of dust in the towel warmer and in the foldable bed. Also in the corners of the room there was a lot of dust and human hair not from us. We are returning next monday and we expect not having this issues again. We also are in our 10th anniversary and they didn't even have a minimum detail with us. In the front desk they told us we should have told them but we did in the form they send before check in.

Very bad experience. They moved us to a 3 star hotel without even informing us in advance. They said that there is a technical problem with our room only having no water. I asked for the same 4 star hotel replacement but she said there is none available at the price I paid for (of course it is a last minute booking vs what I paid for 3 months ago). She said my option was a refund or to be moved to the 3 star hotel which happens to be owned by the same company. So either option leaves me short handed. The lady was not even sympathetic to our situation and sounded very condescending. I will never book with this hotel again.

Convenient location, only a few minutes walk to the metro stations. The neighborhood is also very safe, and I don’t feel any uncomfortable walking from the station back to hotel after midnight. Very friendly staff. Book the suite and it’s beyond my expectations for the price.

Great Service Good Location
The hotel’s location is close to the M1 metro station, many cafes and patisseries, and Arc de Triumph. All within a 10 to 20 minute walk from the hotel. The staff service was excellent. When we arrived, we were surprised to find that the top floor room required us to climb two flights of stairs above where the elevator stopped and that the coffee maker was not working. The next morning the hotel manager volunteered to move us to another nicer room on a lower floor. They had our luggage moved by the time we returned from site seeing. Could not ask for better service.

Mostly 5/5. Cleaning of rooms is done late in the afternoon, which is an inconvenience if you want an afternoon snooze in a clean room. Coffees, shower gels, and shampoos were not adequately replenished for a family of four. Otherwise, 5/5. Go and enjoy your stay.

It was a rip-off I accidentally book February 4-6 and it was supposed to be march 4-6 I try since the same day that I book to change the reservation and was willing to pay extra and the people from the hotel insisted that they couldn’t do nothing and keep escalating until now just to rob me of my money. Its a shame Orbitz work with this kind of hotels. Please people stay away as this company and the hotel don’t know how to care about customer and only care about taking clients money and running vacation. I hope no one stays at this hotel.

Very nice and polite staff, but the property is very old, floors are dirty and breakfast was a joke - no idea how it could be considered a 4 star hotel.
